When does it run?

Can we come anytime during the day?

Sunday to Thursday the program is valid from open until 8pm | Friday & Saturday the program is valid from open until 6pm

Can we pre-book lanes for the program?

No, this is a walk-in only program with limited lanes available - we offer 4 lanes of the 5-pin (small ball) & 6 lanes of 10-pin (large ball) daily for the program

What happens if the Kids Bowl Free lanes are full when we want to bowl?

You are welcome to go on the waiting list for the next available Kids Bowl Free lane

Can I just pay T-Birds for my Kids Bowl Free Pass?

No, this is a National program based in the United States and all payments must be processed by their office.

Are there any extra charges?Shoe rental is an extra $4 per bowler

Do I still have to pay shoe rental if I have my own shoes?

Yes, shoe rental applies to all people utilizing the Kids Bowl Free passes

How do I get my daily passes?Download the Kids Bowl Free app on your mobile device and they will be there daily. They are also emailed but you will need to be able to log into your Kids Bowl Free account to access them. Be sure to always check your junk e-mail if you can't find any for the correspondence from Kids Bowl Free in the e-mail you signed up with.

Why is it 20 minutes per child when it used to be 2 games?Modern bowling is sold by time to ensure we always know when the next lane will be available so this allows us to be able to let you know when the next lane will be available for you, too

How much time would I get if I had 2 bowlers playing? 

Each bowler gets 20 minutes so you would get 40 minutes for 2 bowlers

Can other people bowl with the Kids utilizing the Kids Bowl Free program?

Yes, we would recommend if adults or other older siblings are bringing the kids that you purchase a family pass as that is more cost-effective for you than paying for the additional guests each time but guests can purchase their 20 minutes + shoes at the bowl desk.
